For The Earnings Report Indicator, it is an incredible amount of work to turn access on and off (and potentially on and off again and again) for people if there was a monthly plan. That would just increase the price for everyone. So we just decided to make it one low price for the year, since most people are dedicated to trading for the long haul.
For Legacy Elite... we created this membership because there was a lot of demand from existing customers to have just one payment and one membership. It's not for everybody, and we know that. But with the amount of management we had to do to move everybody over from their existing memberships, into a new one, an annual option was our only option. If you can't afford it or you're not sure about, no worries! Just roll with whatever membership/s work for you. We cannot allow people to go back to their previous discounted memberships if they cancel Legacy Elite, so please, make sure 100% that this is something you want before you purchase it from us.
